Once you choose our sampler pack, we will ship out 4 - 2 ounce samples of coffees we think you'll love. The question is open ended, so feel free to be as descriptive as possible about what you like. We will build a custom sample pack from both our own coffees to some of the best roasters in country.

Smoother than expected
Even when I over-extracted Buffalo by 15 seconds, the cup stayed drinkable. That says a lot about roast quality.

The guide suggested slightly cooler water for the brighter coffee and hotter for the deeper roast. Spot on.
