In the early days of the Native American Tea Company:

Our founding family would listen to the old ones tell stories of herbs, flowers, and roots - where they came from and how they came to be put on the Earth. In 1987, our company was started with the intent to share this knowledge with the world so we began formulating these herbs in a small room in a house and began producing one tea bag at a time. Each all natural tea is based on stories and legends of how the American Indian used herbal tea in their culture.  Born from the knowledge first generations of the First American herbal tea drinkers, the blends contains all natural and gluten free tea ingredients.    

To continue sharing our knowledge of American Indian herbs we have revamped our entire website.  We have added social media sharing, real time shipping quotations, larger more colorful pictures, an easy to use customer system, reviews, a newsletter, and much more.  Our website also now contains a wholesale login for US and International wholesalers.  We ship to 15 different countries currently but are always looking to expand.  We are also offering two different free shipping tea samplers to our US retail customers.  

The teachings of the how roots, herbs, and flowers were used has taught us how to recognize and use herbs at their height of potency.  Our products are born from this knowledge and contain only the highest quality natural ingredients as "Mother Earth" intended.  Enjoy this "Taste of Tradition."
